Updated: Feb 3, 2019

The New Jersey Star Ledge has published a chronological list of “The 50 New Jersey Albums You Need to Listen to Before You Die” and included is the Smithereens first album “Especially For You”. Also on the list are albums by Frank Sinatra, Bruce Springsteen, Southside Johnny, Patti Smith and the Feelies among others.

Here’s what they have to say about “Especially For You”. Check out the entire list.
